The problem is persisting after trying all of the above. It is only affecting ane of my accounts. I have other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:

  • Access your account through a web browser, spider web e-mail (not certain what the deviation is between web browser or web email) I'm using "alive.com" on the computer.
  • Does the effect happen when yous are using a different browser or figurer? It happens using a different browser. I haven't tried a different computer
  • Accept you received any mistake or default messages when y'all transport or receive any email? Yep "Outlook wasn't able to consummate this request. Microsoft may contact you lot about any problems y'all report." when I tried to send an e-mail. However the email was sent and information technology was received past a different hotmail account.
    I sent an email from a unlike hotmail account to the problem account and it is listed as sent only information technology was non received.
  • Kindly verify what do you mean "Outlook" Is information technology Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook.com? It is Outlook.com

I never said I was unable to access my mailbox.  I am not sure where you read that.

What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "there is something incorrect, please refresh.  I go this anytime I attempt to expect at a bulletin, clear a mailbox, etc.  I am spending majoring of my time refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.

I never had this event before Outlook took over.

I can't answer about another browser considering I simply use Google Chrome.

I tin't respond about using another calculator considering I only have the 1 laptop.

I can't answer well-nigh using other Microsoft accounts because this one is the simply i I have.

All I know is that I, and many others, go on getting the same message virtually 'something is incorrect'.

I clear my cache, I make sure in that location are no bug on you lot main site, etc.

Please fix this-- I am non the only one.

I empathise why you are asking the questions-- I was answering them.  I was not disputing the reason you lot were request.

All I questioned was where you got the idea I couldn't access my mail-- I never had said that.  I said I was being told something was incorrect-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access mail.

As for other browsers I accept no other browsers on my computer.  IE eight/9 crashes many of the applications I use on the estimator.  Firefox is extremely laggy.  I have only used Google Chrome for years.
